Our services

A step-by-step path from decision to execution, without wasted time or money.

  1. Step 1: Free AI Fit CheckA free, short conversation to see whether AI is a practical fit for your business right now.

    What happens

We look at how work actually happens in your business and where technology could cut manual effort or tighten follow-through.

    What you get

    • A quick read on whether AI matters for your business
    • A conversation about your process challenges and opportunities
    • Time to ask questions and meet Andrew

    To prepare

Nothing. You do not need to know the tools, language, or technologies.

    What this is not

A pitch, demo, or commitment. If AI is not the right move for you, we will say so.

  2. Step 2: Discovery CallA structured conversation about how work actually gets done, to find the bottlenecks and hidden costs.

    What happens

You walk us through your workflow from start to finish: intake, scheduling, production, communication, documentation, billing, and follow-up. Together we find the breakdowns that create hidden costs, such as missed handoffs, duplicate work, and delays.

    What you get

    • A detailed conversation about your business with an experienced operator
    • A chance to name the areas you most want to fix
    • Input on how to measure success and what the current process costs

    To prepare

A basic summary of your key tools and workflows. No slide deck required.

    What this is not

A complicated homework assignment. Criticism of how your business runs.

  3. Step 3: BlueprintA staged, decision-ready plan built from what we learned in the Discovery Call.

    What happens

We rank opportunities by return on investment (ROI) and operational risk, then put them in order. We define success in numbers before anything gets built, and flag what each step depends on.

    What you get

    • A plan for bringing technology into your business, built around how you work
    • Priorities: what to do first, next, and later
    • ROI expectations based on your workflows and size
    • Implementation timeline and budget estimates

    To prepare

Time for a short call to confirm priorities, constraints, and success metrics.

    What this is not

A tool comparison. A strategy deck that sits on a shelf.

  4. Step 4: Production SprintHands-on implementation, one working outcome per sprint, with your team trained to run it.

    What happens

We build in sprints. Each sprint delivers something that works in your business: an automation, an integration, a template, or a system that cuts manual effort. We use the tools you already have whenever possible and train your team on them.

    What you get

    • Working processes and systems inside your daily workflow
    • Documentation and training for your team
    • A measured launch and a settling-in period so the change sticks

    To prepare

Fast feedback, access to the right people on your team, and openness to trying a better way of working.

    What this is not

“AI experimentation.” Disconnected one-off builds. One-size-fits-all solutions.

  5. Step 5: Measure and SupportCompare results to the Blueprint’s success metrics, refine what works, and scale what is proven.

    What happens

We compare real usage, cycle times, and error rates to the success metrics set in the Blueprint. After each sprint, we keep refining with you during the included support period, with call support and technical guidance as needed.

    What you get

    • Clear visibility into what is working and what is not
    • Recommendations for what to adjust next
    • A roadmap for expanding what works over time

    To prepare

Agreement on a light measurement schedule and who owns ongoing operations.

    What this is not

Endless tweaking. New processes without accountability or results.

Our story

PromptBridge was created for small business owners who want to spend more time running the business and less time buried in busywork, while feeling increasing pressure to keep up as technology reshapes how work gets done.

Founder Andrew Krensky spent 20 years helping large brands use technology to grow. Those companies had teams, budgets, and vendors to evaluate new tools and systems. Small businesses rarely do. Most owners are left to sort through complex technology decisions on their own, with little time and no clear proof the investment will pay off.

After relocating from California to Cranston, Rhode Island to be closer to family, that gap became impossible to ignore. Nearly every business in Rhode Island is small and owner-led. Rising costs, limited staff, and growing expectations leave little room for distraction or wasted effort.

PromptBridge exists to support those owners with practical, unbiased guidance. We do not sell software or push platforms. We start with the tools you already use whenever possible, design solutions that fit how your business actually operates, and implement them alongside your team.

Every engagement is focused on measurable payoff. Time saved. Costs reduced. Revenue opportunities found.

The goal is simple. Make technology a proven business investment, not another distraction.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI Fit Check a sales call?

No. It’s a working conversation, not a pitch. There’s no software demo and no obligation to move forward.

Are you selling software or tools?

No. PromptBridge is independent. We do not sell software, take commissions, or receive incentives to recommend specific tools.

What happens if AI is not right for my business?

We will tell you. Many businesses do not need AI right now, or only need it in limited ways.

Do I need to be using AI already?

No. Most businesses we work with are not using AI in any meaningful way yet.

Do I need a large budget?

No. The first goal is clarity, not spending.

How much time is required from me?

Not much to start. The AI Fit Check is one short conversation.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized, owner-led businesses: trades and contractors, professional services, restaurants, healthcare, logistics, and nonprofits. What matters most is wanting to make informed decisions without chasing the wrong tools.

How is this different from an IT firm or AI agency?

Most firms focus on implementation. PromptBridge focuses first on deciding whether something is worth doing.

Are you local?

Yes. PromptBridge is Rhode Island owned and operated, based in Cranston. Every engagement is founder-led, and we meet in person when it helps.

What happens after the AI Fit Check?
